Her practice focuses on technology law, regulation and public policy, with a focus on technology, digital and service industries. She has experience in the analysis and monitoring of legislative and regulatory initiatives, administrative permits and authorizations, and the design and implementation of engagement strategies with regulatory authorities, municipalities and the National Congress.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Danae joined Magliona Abogados in April 2026. Previously, in 2024, she participated in GAEIA (Global Alliance for Ethics and Impacts of Advanced Technologies), an international forum focused on the ethical and regulatory analysis of advanced technologies. She served as a Law Clerk at Credicorp Capital Chile from March 2022 to July 2023, supporting matters related to economic, financial and regulatory law.
