PRACTICE

Her practice focuses on the analysis and monitoring of public policies, with an emphasis on the regulation of technology, digital, and service industries. She has experience in the analysis of administrative permits and authorizations, as well as in the design and implementation of strategies for relations with authorities at different levels of government, including regulatory agencies, municipalities, and the National Congress.

In addition, she advises on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters related to insurance brokers and other players in the financial and insurance sector.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Carla joined Magliona Abogados in October 2023.

Previously, she worked as an associate in the Fintech area at HD Legal, from March to October 2023.

From October 2020 to January 2022, she worked as paralegal in the IP, Tech & Data area at Albagli & Zaliasnik law firm.
